Quality Care Access is a social and human services agency dedicated to providing services to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities and Autism in a safe and caring environment, to maintain a healthy social life and have hope for their future.
QCA provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) under section 20, section 21, and section 29 waiver programs. As you surf on our website, we hope you will find answers to your questions and you will get to know us better and the services we provide.

Providing safe environment for people we serve while at home as well as in the community.
Serving and empowering individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disability or Autism spectrum disorder to achieve their day-to-day goals as identified in their person-centered plan (PCP).
Enhancing collaboration between residents, families or guardians, and the agency.
Promoting the quality of services by considering residents’ needs first as outlined in their plan of care.
